Members of our Playgroup Committee, Cheryl, Karen and Mava were warmly welcomed at the Playpatch Playgroup at Dapto in August. It was a perfect day as we set off for the drive down south.

On arriving, we were welcomed at the gate by a gentleman who was happy to see us and explained the layout of the morning. As we walked around we saw children playing in the sandpit, riding bikes, colouring at the tables and playing with toys on the mat during their play time. Families were chatting as the children played together. We chatted with the team and families and had the opportunity to share our connection with GFS Sydney and were surprised how many of the women we spoke to, attended GFS as younger girls. They were invited to consider rejoining GFS. The children listened intently at story time and craft was available during free play to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the Playpatch team and families.
